Is this site dead ?

I would like to know if tis site is completly dead since 6 months no news, no release.
I still waiting for the upgrade of the modification system, and i don't know if i could count like reliable source this site.
Actually i must use the Mod system from php-unlimited, because it is much more advanced than the version of this site.
But i had paid the version here and sincerely want to use it...
