Komplex performed an integration on one of my websites that involved vbulletin, the vbulletin itrader mod, and phpfox. This was a bit of an unconventional project that was a bit outside the realm of the standard every day vbulletin / phpfox integration and he handled it very well.

About a month after he completed his work for me, I came across a number of issues related to the work he had performed for me. He has readily offered to assist me in making the necessary modifications to my website. This shows his commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction as he already had my money and could have easily ignored my request for help, but didn't.
