We call bad guy group, 'Spidie Dungeon' and grateful for the shear time this mod has saved. With the bogans out of the way, it's much easy to spot the more nefarious of activities. I'd like see added to this tool, a bright red LED style botometer, for fun and a method to add your own bots to the list. As is bein' fine of course.

I've installed the plugin on my vbulletin v3.8.1.

But I'm not seeing it working on showing private/invite-only social group messages (those Social Groups set as Join-to-View) to spiders/bots.

Does this plugin work to allow spiders to find private social group messages/discussions?

I'm currently using the Firefox extension User Agent Switcher (User Agent: Googlebot 2.1) to test.

No I don't think so,but that would be considered as bad cloaking and would get you banned.

I don't see how that's different from the way the plugin works right now, which is showing spiders/bots private forums which normally can't be seen. After all, moderators and administrators can see Invite-to-Join social groups anyway.

It would be an added option for those that would like to have that. You could leave it unchecked in the options screen if you want, forcing the forum owner to check it if they want it.

But I could see why you wouldn't want the heat from the more 'hardcore' vbulletin members at the .org site.. lol! They attacked you pretty hard for even the standard plugin.
